How the minimum works
The £65 labour minimum applies once, only if your combined labour total is lower. It is never an extra fee on top. At the standard £65 minimum, £40 of labour becomes £65; £100 of labour stays £100. Materials are separate.
What is included?
Each job’s details explain its scope. Straight bathroom MDF boxing includes MDF, but excludes painting and skirting. Standard picture hanging includes suitable standard mechanical fixings. Straightforward removal of the item being replaced is included; waste disposal is included only if stated in your quotation.
Products, fixings and optional extras
Products and specialist fixings are extra unless expressly included. Command strips are supplied only when you select that add-on. Blind fitting excludes cutting or resizing; request this separately. Door decorating and frame repairs are excluded. We agree any extra price before work.
Damaged fittings or unexpected work
Seized, rounded or damaged screws and fittings that cannot be removed normally may need additional work. We’ll explain the issue and agree any extra charge before proceeding.
Same-visit savings
£325 of qualifying labour becomes £300; £350 becomes £325; £400 becomes £350. The maximum saving is £50. All jobs must be at the same property during the same booked visit. Materials and supplied products do not count towards the discount.
Estimate, quotation and booking
Your estimate is valid for 14 days and is subject to checking the job details, access and a site survey where needed. Jobs marked “quote required” need review before a full price is available. We confirm the scope and fixed quotation before booking; saving an estimate does not book a visit.

£25 off when your labour list reaches £325. £50 off at £400 or more.
