Choose a fresh style for one room or replace doors throughout your home. My Refresh offers standard internal-door fitting, with customer-supplied or selected supplied doors and hardware. Paint-grade doors are ready for an appropriate paint finish; “primed” does not mean that decorating is included. Oak-veneered doors need careful trimming and handling and carry a separate labour allowance in the estimator.
The catalogue includes primed cottage, four-panel, six-panel and oak-veneered cottage options where published. Add a line for each style and size, rather than assuming every opening is identical. Handles, hinges and latches must suit the door and its use. When supplying your own doors, paste a product link and explain any mixed sizes so the specification can be checked.
The standard labour calculation includes fitting suitable customer-supplied hinges, handles and latches. Supplied doors and hardware appear separately in the materials total. Current labour and supply prices come from the website price list. Painting, staining, frame repairs, existing-door removal and waste disposal are excluded from the standard guide unless separately agreed.
Door openings can be out of square and existing frames may be damaged. Trimming must remain within the manufacturer’s allowance; a door that is too large cannot always be reduced to fit. We check the opening, frame, clearance and hardware before a final quotation. Fire doors and specialist products need their own assessment and are not priced as ordinary internal-door installations.
Use the calculator for the current guide price, then keep the saved reference. The issued estimate shows its expiry date and selected specification. It does not reserve materials, confirm a fitting date or replace a survey. Any different specification or additional work needs agreement before the final quotation.
Yes. When My Refresh supplies the doors, add a separate line for each product and size. If you supply them, use the notes and product-link fields to explain what goes where.
Standard hardware fitting is included in the fitting labour. The hardware itself is only included in the supply total when selected and priced.
Fire-door products can be browsed, but fitting, frame suitability and required components need a separate survey quotation. A fire-rated leaf alone does not define the complete installation.
